Weekly Update

Whilst we await visibility of the Outline Planning Application, work is ongoing behind the scenes. Here is a quick update for the week in view :

There is still no planning application visible online. We understand there are currently delays in validating new applications at NSDC, so we continue to check on a daily basis.

If you previously submitted comments to NSDC or Wain Estates, now is a good time to review these with a view to checking they meet the criteria for a material planning objection., so they are ready to be submitted once the application goes live. We will be supporting this through a public meeting.

Information received from the integrated Care Board (ICB) indicates that there have been no discussions with NSDC at this time, regarding capacity at Farnsfield Surgery, since 2023.

The proposed Southwell Road site is agricultural greenfield land located outside the Settlement Area, where the new National Planning Policy Framework addresses. Click HERE to read more on this.
