Planning Application Update

We are currently waiting for the formal planning application for the proposed development off Southwell Road to be submitted and made public. Once it goes live, we'll be going through the applicaiton and supporting documents in detail so we can understand exactly what is being proposed.

We'll then arrange our next resident's meeting, where we'll share what we've found, talk through the proposals and explain how everyone can make their own comments on the planning application.

We'll post details here as soon as we have them. In the meantime, please keep an eye on the Newark & Sherwood planning portal too (link at the bottom of each page on this website), and if you spot the application before we do, feel free to send us a prompt.
